commonly asked questions

Where do students go to church?
There are a variety of Protestant churches as well as Catholic and Russian Orthodox churches in Klaipeda. The spiritual life bulletin board has church lists or you can talk with the chaplain for more information.

How do Christians share their faith at LCC?
Studying and living together provides many opportunities to build relationships and to share in a personal way. Attending events together that have positive content or a spiritual message is also encouraged. The spiritual life department plans events that are easy for seekers to understand.

What is a coffee house?
Gathering together at a coffee house is a great time to relax and enjoy a cozy atmosphere with a cup of tea in hand, a few cookies and your friends - or soon to be friends! It also provides you with the opportunity to share & discover your musical abilities or talents as well as those of your peers!

What if I'm not a Christian?
Spiritual life activities are opportunities for you to explore what you believe, consider the faith of others or simply to observe. We hope you will feel welcome.

How can I join the worship team?
Tryouts are held at the beginning of each semester. Please indicate your interest to the student worship team coordinator or to the chaplain.
