tuition
Tuition fees are set annually by LCC's Board of Directors. The fee structure
takes into consideration the costs of LCC operations and the amount of
donation support received by the college. Tuition is calculated by the number
of credit hours taken.
Tuition fees for North American students are negotiated separately with their
school. For more information please contact LCC's Study Abroad Office in Klaipeda
or Abbotsford, Canada.

Fees are set according to 1 : 3.45 LTL exchange rate.
Tuition is the same for international students from Latvia, Poland, Estonia, Russian Federation,
Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Albania, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Czech Republic, Hungary, and
Slovak Republic. Contact LCC for rates if your country is not listed.

application fee
An application fee must accompany all applications for the first year program.
This fee is non-refundable.
dorm deposit To
secure a place in the dorm, students have to pay a non-refundable dorm deposit
which is credited to the student's account.
tuition deposit Entering
students pay a non-refundable tuition deposit which is credited to the
student's account.
dorm fee Dorm
fees are set annually by LCC's Board of Directors. Dorm fees include the
cost of utilities and are based on occupancy of four students per room.
If there is space available and students request to live in a room with
less than full capacity (4), they will be required to pay the total fees
for the room.
dorm fee refund policy Students
who wish to move out of the dorm must fill out a Move In/Move Out form,
available from the Resident Directors. Students who voluntarily move out
of the dorm will not receive any refund on their dorm fees. Written appeals,
requesting a refund, may be made to the Resident Directors.
summer session deposit
A non-refundable deposit for each course is due one week following summer
registration for all summer session courses. This deposit will be credited
to the student's account.
auditing fee Students
who want to attend an LCC course without credit, will be charged 1/2 of the
amount that would be charged to take the course for credit.
payment schedule
fee Students who wish to pay their tuition fees in three equal parts
can apply for the Payment Schedule. The administration fee is non-refundable.
overdue fees Overdue
accounts will be charged three per cent interest per month on the outstanding
payment amount.
language testing fees
All applicants are required to take an LCC-administered or official TOEFL
exam. The fee is non-refundable.
print/copy card fee
All printing and copying requires a print card. This can be purchased in the
Library or the Student Financial Services Office. The fee is non-refundable.
book replacement fee
Lost or damaged textbooks or library books (exceeding acceptable levels of
wear as determined by the Head Librarian) will result in a charge for the
full replacement value of the book. Student grades are withheld until books
are returned or the fee is paid.
library fines
Overdue library books will be charged a fee based on the number of days late.
transcript fee
All students receive one free official transcript upon graduation. There is
an administrative fee for a student to obtain a copy of his or her transcript
according to the following schedule: three-day, one-day or same-day service.
LCC will withhold transcripts if financial obligations are not met.
