Director of Community Life
The Director of Community Life gives oversight to and develops the area of Community Life in order to meet the developmental needs of students and serve as a member of the Student Life Management Team. The Director will provide leadership and oversight for Community Life, setting the vision, tone, and goals for the department; facilitate relevant educational/event programming in conjunction with Student Life staff to enrich student growth and development; recruit, in conjunction with the Vice President, professional Community Life staff; and will be responsible for student disciplinary policy and development. Other responsibilities include oversight of the Residence Life and Student Housing program and staff in order to provide a quality living-learning experience for students who live in LCC’s university housing. The Director also oversees the Intercultural Programs office and staff in order to provide quality and comprehensive intercultural educational programming at LCC.

Intercultural Education Director
The Intercultural Education Director is responsible for the implementation and continued development of the Intercultural Program, which enhances the LCC community by facilitating multicultural education and helping international students integrate into Lithuanian culture. Responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of all-campus cultural events and programming in order to increase the cultural and historical understanding of all LCC community members; facilitating programming for international students with the goals of assisting with cultural integration, personal adaptation to the LCC community, and enhancing their overall learning experience; acting as a liaison for medical needs between international students and local medical professionals, as well as provide accurate information regarding insurance and health care options; and chairing the Diversity Initiative Program (DIP) Committee. The Diversity Initiative Program is being developed to be the forerunner of diversity education in Klaipeda, in Lithuania and Eastern Europe. Other duties not listed.

Leadership & Orientation Programs Coordinator
This position gives oversight to and further develops the student leadership and first year orientation programs. Specific responsibilities include supervising the co-curricular Leadership Development Program (LDP), and LDP student interns, in cooperation with Student Life and Academics in order to introduce leadership themes, topics, ideas and possibilities to students, within the larger LCC community and for the context of Eastern Europe; developing the fall leadership conference utilizing both internal and external resources and speakers; and development of the 1st year student Orientation for the purpose of aiding new students in their transition to LCC, expose new students to the educational opportunities available and integrate new students into the life of the institution. Other duties not listed.

Performing Arts Coordinator
The Performing Arts Coordinator is responsible for the creative design, coordination, implementation and marketing of the annual Christmas program; responsible for coordinating and promoting cultural and performance arts (music, drama, art and dance) on LCC’s campus; oversees and manages the Christmas program production from creative design, marketing, and organization; rehearses and directs choir and bell choirs; and manages and markets the presented performances by researching, reviewing, negotiating, procuring, and scheduling artists and attractions to fulfill annual calendar of entertainment.

Spiritual Formation Coordinator
The Spiritual Formation Coordinator (SFC) position collaborates with the chaplain in promoting the spiritual and moral development of students at LCC International University. The SFC seeks to develop healthy relationships with students, by strategically recognizing, recruiting, and equipping students who have the potential and willingness to become Spiritual Life student leaders among their peers. Furthermore, the SFC along with the chaplain provides programming, events, and outreach opportunities that encourages students toward active Christian faith.

July Session Resident Director (Summer 2008)
Responsible for the implementation and development of the residence life program in LCC's residence hall throughout the month of July.  During this time, LCC houses and provides programming for participants in the Summer Language Institute (secondary school students and North American educators) in the dormitory facilities, alongside the LCC undergraduate students residing there.  An effective staff member is committed to building healthy relationships and fostering the growth of residents.

Resident Director
Responsible for the implementation and development of the resident life program at LCC. Resident Directors are professional educators living on campus and engaged in developing healthy, safe learning communities for all dorm residents.

Campus Nurse (Part time)
To provide safe, confidential competent and qualified health information and advice to students, to provide educational information and seminars regarding health issues.
