Expatriate Recruitment Director
The Expatriate Recruitment Director will give leadership, direction and coordination to all aspects of the faculty/staff recruitment process. This includes creating marketing materials, advertising, contact generation, application processing, departmental coordination, expatriate preparation for arrival, expatriate support for personal budgets and fundraising materials, and planning and budgeting for the recruitment department.
Study Abroad Recruiter
This position is specifically responsible for generating awareness and interest among students at partner institutions and assisting the Director of Study Abroad with the Study Abroad semester and summer admissions process. The Study Abroad Recruiter will have to live and work in Lithuania, travel to North America two times a year to make presentations at partner institutions, and contribute to an intercultural community. The candidate would need to hold at least an undergraduate degree and have experience with making presentations and managing systems.
Academic Administrative Assistant
The Academic Administrative Assistant will prepare for and follow-up with President's Cabinet and Department Chairs meetings, track strategic planning action plan items for monthly updates, collect and maintain institutional policies, coordinate various academic and institutional events including board meetings and graduation, and provide other support for the Vice President of Academics.
IT Director
The IT Director will propose and implement an IT strategy to meet the ongoing mission and strategic plan of LCC at the lowest long-term cost. They will develop and manage the technology architecture and infrastructure; and manage ongoing projects, staff and budget and IT support. The IT Director may contribute in a hands-on role in one or more ways depending on background and interest.

Library Automation Specialist
LCC is looking for a library automation specialist to come to Lithuania to advise library and IT staff regarding the next steps in moving from a Follett Unison (DOS) platform to an integrated web based system. This specialist would spend approximately two semesters on our campus in Klaipeda, Lithuania evaluating the needs, helping to select the most adequate system and implementing it in our library. Qualifications include: work experience with the library automation process; familiarity with the conversion of bibliographic records and different MARC formats; knowledge and experience working with ALEPH preferred; and openness to working in an international context.
Distance Education Coordinator
The Distance Education Coordinator will assist in the development of online policy and procedure manuals for LCC faculty and students, provide pedagogical and technical support for faculty who put their courses online, and provide seminars and materials to students on how to use online platforms. The Coordinator will also each, support, and encourage faculty in using online tools as a way to enhance the students educational experience with courses taught live in a classroom setting.
Resource Center Support
This person will provide academic support for students by coordinating tutorials, study groups, tutors, and working with other academic concerns.
