AV Equipment
Available equipment
LCC has the following Audio Visual Equipment available for you to use in classrooms:
- 2 VCR’s
- 2 TV’s (one large, one small)
- 5 LCD Projectors
- 3 Laptop PC (usually used with the LCD projectors)
- 2 Music Boxes (Tape, AM/FM Radio)
- Portable projection screen
- Portable overheads
- Portable sound system, 2 speakers, 2 microphones
- 2 Sets of Computer speakers
- Rack CD Player
- Portable DVD Player
- All Classrooms are Internet Connected
*All AV Equipment is NOT available for personal use
Neufeld Hall has its own Computer, VCR, LCD Projector, and wireless microphone.
Equipment reservation
To reserve Audio Visual Equipment for your class you need just to fill in the AV request form:
http://lcc.lt/forms/av_request.html Only faculty and staff can reserve equipment.
At that point request will be sent to the Senior HelpDesk Assistant, who checks these requests in the morning and evening. Please send requests at least a day (24 hours) in advance. You will receive a confirmation of your request by e-mail.
Also you can visit a Senior IT Assistant in the Helpdesk or call extension 1210.
If you wish to view your reservation or see if a piece of equipment is free, go to the O: drive, under Information Technologies:

This file is read-only, so you can see if a particular piece of equipment is free or confirm if your reservation was logged correctly. You cannot reserve equipment with this file.
Setting up and removing the equipment
There are students HelpDesk Assistants, who will setup the equipment and remove it from your classroom for you, if you reserve it at least a day (24 hours) in advance.
Exception: your class is period starts or ends not on the regular HelpDesk working hours. In such case you are need to set up and remove equipment by yourself. If you don’t know how to do that, contact Helpdesk Assistant in order to learn that.
Problems and / or Questions:
If you have any non immediate questions or want to report difficulty with the equipment, please send an e-mail to the HelpDesk Assistant at helpdesk@lcc.lt.
