REGISTRATION Companies that wish to take part in the event are asked to fill in the application form attached and send it by the e-mail address ridzeliene@lcc.lt by February 1st, 2008.

PARTICIPATION FEE 350 Lt * + VAT
* non-profit event

PAYMENT CONDITIONS - A participant is asked to pay a proforma invoice of LCC International University within the period of time indicated on the document;
- A proforma invoice will be send to a participant by e-mail mentioned in the application;
- A company will not be able to participate if the proforma invoice is not paid on time;
- A participant‘s fee is non-refundable;
- Invoices will be given to each partcipant during the event.

SERVICE PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANTS - 4 sq. meters of space for a company stand;
- A standard stand which includes “Cobra Expo” exhibition constructions, white 2.5 m height walls, 100 W lamps (one per 2 sq. meters), 1 kW electric plug, company name in a standard font at the top of the stand, a table and 2 chairs, a garbage can;
- After a participant has paid the fee its logo will appear in the “Career Fair 2008“ website www.lcc.lt/careerfair2008
- A company‘s stand in the exhibition hall will be assigned by the coordinator;
- Additional space for a company‘s stand can be ordered upon request for an extra fee.

PROGRAM - 10.00 – 11.30 Arrival of Participants;
- 11.30 – 11.45 The Opening of the “Career Fair 2008”;
- 12.00 – 15.00 “Career Fair 2008”;
- 15.15 – 15.30 Nomination of the Best Employer;
- 15.30 – 16.00 Thanking Participants and Partners; National Specialities of Various Countries.
