LCC is a university campus consisting of two main building structures: Michealsen centras – a multi-purpose center consisting of gymnasium, fitness center, concessions/cafeteria, and conference and banquet facilities; and DeFehr centras – a set of interconnected academic and administrative buildings with adjoining Neufeld Hall – a large lecture hall or small concert venue. Aside from their main priority in supporting the operating activities of the college, these facilities may also be rented by the outside community through the LCC advance reservation system.

The following are summarized facilities available for rent:

Michealsen centras Basketball/Sport/Concert/Banquet multipurpose center, 2,230 sq m (Max spectators ~ 1,700) - is available for rent by companies and organizations for its employees for practices, games and other special events. Two full basketball courts are provided, on maple, spring-based regulation flooring with electronic score-keeping, with full bleacher-seating for competitive games. The space is also equipped for up to three full volleyball courts or five full badminton courts. Locker rooms with showers are also available for use for sports events. The fitness center may also be rented together with the sports hall to provide team strength training and general workout facilities for teams. In-house concessions are provided.

The space may also be converted for hosting large concerts, conferences and banquets. Acoustical tile line the perimeter of the large hall to provide improved concert acoustics. An in-house low-powered PA system is available; high-power systems can be arranged for concerts. Banquet tables and chairs are available to provide seating for up to 320 guests. The times and dates are subject for a special arrangement.

Fitness Center, 130 sq m, with strength and aerobic machines and free-weight benches and equipment - is available for rent by companies and organizations for its employees and user groups. 12 strength machines, 5 aerobics machines, free weights and cross-over/7-position machine are available. The fitness facilities can be rented together with the gym. All necessary equipment is provided. A training consultant is available on request. Showers and lockers are available for use. The times and dates are subject for a special arrangement.

Medium-sized event/concert and banquet foyer, 412 sq m (up to ~ 350 people) - is available for rent by companies and organizations. Suitable for small to medium-sized social gatherings or company events, small banquets or concerts and other special events. All necessary equipment is provided, including up to 38 cafeteria tables and café seating (seating up to 152) or banquet seating (8 per table, up to 320 guests) with catered food service, or cafeteria or concessions available in adjoining cafeteria area. Comfortable, leather lounge seating provided. Acoustical ceiling material provided on each end of event area to provide improved acoustics for music and other performances. Available times are generally after 17:00 on working days and all day/evening on weekends. Dates are subject for a special arrangement.

Neufeld Hall Lecture Hall (230 seats) – is a lecture hall and small concert venue available for rent by companies and organizations for special events and presentations. The hall is fitted with cinema-style seating and is equipped with a computer, multimedia equipment and wide screen. The times and dates are subject to special arrangement.

DeFehr centras – Academic Facilities Staff Conference Room (approximately 60 seats) - is available for rent by companies and organizations for special events and presentations. The hall can be equipped with computer, multimedia equipment and wide screen. The times and dates are subject for a special arrangement.

Purpose:
Lectures, presentations, classroom training

Classrooms (for ~ 15-30 people) - is available for rent by companies and organizations for small meetings or classes, training or small presentations. The rooms have chairs, whiteboards and have the possibility to use audio and visual equipment. The times and dates are subject for a special arrangement.

Scheduling & Usage Requirements/Considerations Rental of space should be for activities and events that are aligned with the mission and values of LCC. College activities have priority over other uses of facilities; bookings are arranged in tandem with existing college activities. Christian, non-profit or approved charitable organizations (approved by Ad Cabinet) have a discount of 25% of the rental fee. Reservation of space inquires area made through the person responsible of scheduling campus facilities.

  • Charges should be processed through bank transfer to Vilniaus bankas (code: 70440), account number: LT53 7044 0600 0054 4963; or to Hansa LTB, (code: 73000) account number: LT43 7300 0100 3490 5217 in the beneficiary of LCC or in cash through the Financial Office during regular hours.
  • Single events require a 25% deposit and the balance is due in 4 days after invoice is presented.
  • Continued usage fees are due on a monthly basis after invoice is presented.
  • A damage deposit may be required for some uses and/or events
  • In some cases, staff such as security guards, multi-media and/or sound technician positions may be required. Costs of these are not included in the base rates. Approved staff are provided by LCC.
