LCC International University was founded in 1991 at the request of the Lithuanian Ministry of Education

- The DeFehr centras includes classrooms, computer laboratories, library, faculty and administrative offices
- The Michealsen centras multi-purpose facility includes a large hall capable of hosting 1,000 for sports events and 1,600 for auditorium events, cafeteria, fitness center and large foyer
- Karklu student dormitory houses 220 residents
- Neumann Hall, the new student dormitory, houses 196 residents, and opens in September 2007
